Nopamar is a family-run project dedicated to creating delicious and nutritious products made from nopal and amaranth, two of Mexico’s most iconic ancestral ingredients. Working directly with women farmers, they source their raw materials ethically and with care, supporting local agriculture and honoring traditional food systems.
Their product line includes everything from amaranth water, spiced nopal snacks, chocoamaranto and traditional alegrías, to baking mixes, nopal powder and homemade pastries, all crafted with the vision of making healthy, functional foods part of everyday life.
The brand identity uses the natural colors of nopal and amaranth as its foundation, and was designed to be clean, modular and easy to reproduce through low-cost methods like stamps and basic printing, helping the team share their products at local markets and events while keeping production accessible.
